Lead implementation, maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the ERP and related systems. Gather requirements, build integrations and APIs, write SQL for reporting and validation, administer Linux VMs, support databases and middleware (including Common Lisp), produce documentation, train users, and mentor technical staff.

Manage sales order samples: locate materials in the ERP, perform sampling and testing, send samples to customers or 3rd-party labs via UPS/FedEx, maintain records and labels, perform QA tech duties as needed, and communicate with stakeholders. May require weekends or overtime.
