Develops and implements organizational change strategies, training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities. Builds change leadership capability, leads a Change Champion community, supports transformation initiatives, analyzes workforce and engagement data, and coaches leaders. The role also manages employee engagement programs, change impact assessments, communication channels, and reinforcement plans across cross-functional initiatives.

Leads mechanical engineering for new product development projects and owns the Mechanical Engineering Center of Excellence. Manages, hires, and develops engineers; oversees engineering quality, budgets, schedules, and continuous improvement. Partners with product management, manufacturing, quality teams, and vendors to deliver compliant, reliable, safe, cost-effective products. Provides strategic direction for mechanical systems, customer interfaces, IoT, and related technologies while supporting intellectual property and product handoff objectives.

Lead end-to-end requirements management and translate business needs into technical solutions. Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and project managers to design, test, and implement enterprise system improvements. Apply lean methodologies for process re-engineering, perform impact and root cause analysis, create process documentation and training, and support change management to drive continuous improvement.
