Creates, delivers, and evaluates technical product training for distributors, service technicians, restaurant personnel, and internal teams. Develops curricula, documentation, videos, online courses, and hands-on modules covering equipment operation, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Maintains LMS content and attendee records, assesses training effectiveness, supports training facilities, and consults with subject matter experts. Requires up to 25% travel and the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
