Lead and manage the software testing team to ensure high-quality software through risk-based analysis, test strategy, automation, and validation (functional, integration, regression, performance). Hire, onboard, and develop staff (including a new Manila center), manage budgets and test planning, enforce testing procedures, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet project timelines and continuous improvement goals.

Lead end-to-end requirements management and translate business needs into technical solutions. Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and project managers to design, test, and implement enterprise system improvements. Apply lean methodologies for process re-engineering, perform impact and root cause analysis, create process documentation and training, and support change management to drive continuous improvement.

Serve as the Workday subject matter expert to configure, support, and optimize Workday modules and integrations. Provide end-user support, build reports, ensure data quality and security, document processes, lead governance and change management, partner with HR/Payroll/Finance/IT, and drive continuous improvement and feature deployments.
