Manages, hires, and develops engineers; oversees engineering quality, budgets, schedules, and continuous improvement. Partners with product management, manufacturing, quality teams, and vendors to deliver compliant, reliable, safe, cost-effective products. Provides strategic direction for mechanical systems, customer interfaces, IoT, and related technologies while supporting intellectual property and product handoff objectives.
