Supports personal income tax administration for individual clients in Portugal. Responsibilities include maintaining fiscal representation records, updating information on the AT Portal, monitoring tax notifications and deadlines, collecting and reviewing documentation, assisting with Modelo 3 and IRS annex preparation, performing basic tax calculations, responding to tax authority requests, following up with clients, and coordinating with Tax, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Prepare and submit Portuguese personal income tax returns for individual clients, manage fiscal representation through the AT Portal, monitor tax deadlines, respond to tax authority communications, analyze deductions and tax benefits, and support clients with documentation, compliance, payments, refunds, and account setup. Coordinate with legal, compliance, and invoicing teams while maintaining accurate client records and current knowledge of Portuguese tax legislation.
