The role is accountable for profitability, service quality, organizational targets, regulatory awareness, workforce performance, and coordination with Henley & Partners’ global office network.

Manage financial accounting and transaction processes for multiple group companies. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, supporting audits, producing management accounts, developing budgets and forecasts, submitting VAT returns, overseeing payments, identifying automation and cost-reduction opportunities, and monitoring regulatory changes.

Supports marketing strategy and execution for Henley & Partners and Civis Mundi across digital and offline channels. Responsibilities include social media coordination, webinar and event marketing, campaign development, content creation, marketing collateral optimization, performance analysis, reporting, asset organization, and monitoring digital marketing trends.
