As a Private Client Advisor at Henley & Partners, you'll build client relationships, deliver exceptional advisory services, and achieve sales targets related to citizenship and residency planning.

Support the COO Office by coordinating global transformation initiatives across finance systems, IT, AI and process improvement. Maintain project plans, trackers, RAID/decision logs, schedule workshops, take minutes, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, support SunSystems upgrade tasks, document SOPs and training materials, and assist with user readiness and post-go-live handover.

Lead analysis and redesign of global operating models and end-to-end processes for the COO Office. Drive requirements discovery for finance/ERP, CRM, workflow, AI and e-signature solutions; support SunSystems upgrades, UAT, data validation, implementation, benefits tracking and governance. Produce user stories, functional requirements, test scripts, decision papers and post-implementation learning.
