Lead analysis and redesign of global operating models and end-to-end processes for the COO Office. Capture and validate requirements for finance/ERP, CRM, workflow, data analytics, AI, e-signature and automation projects. Support system upgrades, UAT, data validation, benefits tracking, and implementation documentation to deliver controlled, efficient, measurable solutions.

Serve as strategic partner to the CEO office: translate strategic discussions into actionable projects, track deliverables and timelines, coordinate stakeholders, prepare high-level briefings (including for Board), and ensure timely execution and alignment of business priorities across multiple initiatives.

The Business Manager will support the CEO by driving operational execution, managing multiple projects, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
