Lead and manage Tool Room, Tool Service, and Punch Departments; supervise and develop staff; improve tooling quality, reliability, and efficiency; oversee maintenance, new tooling development, inventories, budgets, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives to support production and minimize downtime.

Operate and maintain press equipment (CNC and mechanical press brakes, Whitney plasma punch), set up tools and dies, produce parts to shop orders, perform routine preventive maintenance, read measurements and drawings, detect tool service needs, and multitask through other assigned duties.

Operate and set up various machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders) to produce metal parts from engineering drawings, perform precision measurement and maintain low rework/scrap under moderate supervision.
