Execute full-cycle HR operations in a manufacturing environment: recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration (Paycom), benefits and LOA administration, employee relations, compliance, workers' compensation and safety support, and HR data management across multiple locations.

Lead and manage Tool Room, Tool Service, and Punch Departments; supervise and develop staff; improve tooling quality, reliability, and efficiency; oversee maintenance, new tooling development, inventories, budgets, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives to support production and minimize downtime.
