The Production Master Scheduler develops production schedules, monitors ERP data integrity, collaborates with departments, and improves manufacturing efficiency.

Lead and manage Tool Room, Tool Service, and Punch Departments; supervise and develop staff; improve tooling quality, reliability, and efficiency; oversee maintenance, new tooling development, inventories, budgets, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives to support production and minimize downtime.

Operate and maintain press equipment (CNC and mechanical press brakes, Whitney plasma punch), set up tools and dies, produce parts to shop orders, perform routine preventive maintenance, read measurements and drawings, detect tool service needs, and multitask through other assigned duties.
