Develop business with companies, buying services, and leasing firms; answer vehicle questions, demonstrate vehicles, explain pricing and options, complete sales paperwork, address concerns, and maintain customer service standards. The role requires organization, motivation, communication, problem-solving, dealership mobility, and customer test drives.

Sells new and used vehicles while meeting dealership sales goals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Greets customers, identifies vehicle needs, explains features, conducts demonstrations and test drives, quotes pricing, recommends options, completes sales paperwork, and coordinates delivery and registration. The role also involves business development, addressing customer concerns, maintaining customer satisfaction standards, attending training, and complying with company policies. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
