The role requires prior highline or luxury automotive dealership sales experience, customer communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Sells new and used Ferrari vehicles profitably while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying vehicle needs, demonstrating vehicles, recommending options, negotiating pricing, completing sales paperwork, arranging delivery and registration, developing business, addressing concerns, maintaining customer satisfaction standards, and meeting dealership sales goals. Requires prior highline or luxury automotive dealership sales experience, a valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and basic computer proficiency.

Sells and schedules automotive maintenance and repair services. Works with customers and technicians to identify required work, advises on recommended services, prepares and explains repair estimates, calculates parts and labor costs, schedules appointments, and maintains customer satisfaction and service production standards. The role also requires accurate recordkeeping, participation in training, safe work practices, and regular interaction throughout the dealership service department.
