Drive direct sales, account management, and marketing for municipal and dealer customers across Kansas City and western Missouri. Manage territory forecasting, bids, product selection, troubleshooting, and customer relationships. Promote snow and ice control truck equipment, attend trade shows, identify revenue opportunities, and support regional marketing.

Design configurable CAD models, drawings, and truck package layouts; perform basic structural analysis and DFM; maintain BOMs and routings; manage new product development projects; support sales bids; troubleshoot with shop floor, perform testing and prototype assembly as needed.

Own cost accounting for ETO manufacturing: job costing, standard cost maintenance, variance analysis, inventory reconciliation, month-end cost close, support ERP costing conversion, and provide ad hoc cost analyses to support quoting and margin decisions.
