Manage direct sales growth, account relationships, territory planning, marketing activities, municipal bids, and customer support across Kansas City and Western Missouri. Develop sales forecasts, identify revenue opportunities, promote snow and ice control equipment, assist customers with product selection, diagnose equipment issues, and monitor competitors. The role requires occasional overnight travel, strong communication and organization, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage municipal customers and close sales.

Supports IT infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and optimization. Assists with configuring laptops, desktops, workstations, tablets, printers, software, and hardware; performs basic diagnostics; troubleshoots end-user issues; and collaborates with senior IT staff on maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure improvement projects.
