The Practice Manager grows the business through client relationship management, sales pipeline development, lead qualification, proposal support, and pursuit strategy. The role oversees client engagements and project delivery, including scope, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and quality. It also supports staffing, personnel development, practice operations, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed professional-services environment.

Supports Project Managers with project schedules, deliverables, documentation, budgets, meetings, communications, quality tracking, client inquiries, and issue resolution. Assists with proposals, contracts, task assignments, program coordination, and client relationship efforts. The role provides foundational experience in project management, engineering design, construction practices, and project delivery while requiring strong organization, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.

Leads complex electrical engineering design for venue-sector projects from concept through completion. Oversees drawings, specifications, calculations, coordination, quality reviews, code compliance, and construction challenges. Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers and designers, communicates with clients, supports business development, and may serve as Engineer of Record. Projects include airports, convention centers, theaters, sports arenas, stadiums, and training facilities.
