Lead the full systems engineering lifecycle for U.S. Army loitering munition systems, including requirements, architecture, verification, validation, hardware-software integration, certification, and technical risk management. Lead the Systems Engineering IPT, mentor engineers, manage technical baselines, oversee design reviews and test readiness, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate with government stakeholders, engineering teams, test organizations, and field personnel.

Coordinates high-volume interview scheduling across time zones using applicant tracking and automated scheduling systems. Maintains accurate candidate and interview data, communicates with candidates and interviewers, manages scheduling logistics, and helps identify process bottlenecks. Supports reporting on scheduling speed, pipeline velocity, and completion rates while contributing to improvements in hiring operations and candidate experience.

Lead Class A surface design for Helsing’s robotics and drone portfolio from concept through production. Own digital surfacing, validation, manufacturability, and design intent across industrial design, engineering, tooling, and supplier teams. Conduct mockup, tactile, and real-world evaluations while balancing quality, cost, timelines, and production requirements. Provide technical expertise, resolve cross-functional challenges, and manage design workstreams across multiple concurrent projects.
