Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for airborne perception and sensor-fusion software on uncrewed combat aircraft. Translate operational needs into requirements, KPIs, acceptance criteria, and prioritized releases. Partner with AI, perception, autonomy, navigation, systems, safety, and flight-test teams to manage technical trade-offs and validate capabilities through simulation and flight testing. Engage customers, military stakeholders, and partners while shaping data strategy, collaborative fusion, navigation, and common operating picture capabilities.

Leads the technical architecture and engineering practices for corporate IT across identity, endpoints, networking, cloud, and infrastructure. Designs Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, and testing practices; leads major IT projects; supports segmented and air-gapped environments; serves as a senior escalation point; and mentors engineers. Requires strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Jamf, Intune, networking, Zero Trust, and DevOps expertise, with AWS, Azure, virtualization, security, and regulated-environment experience advantageous.

The Systems Engineer for EMI will manage the end-to-end EMI/EMC engineering lifecycle for airborne platforms, ensuring compliance and performance in challenging electromagnetic environments.
