As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide first-level support, troubleshoot issues, document interactions, and guide customers through problem resolution while maintaining a positive attitude.

Provide L2 technical support for CyberArk Privilege Cloud (PAM-as-a-Service): troubleshoot Vault, Web Portal, Password and Session Managers; analyze logs and packets; manage privileged credentials across Windows, Linux, and databases; advise IT on vaulting best practices; collaborate with engineering and global support on SaaS patches.

Provide on-site customer support in Guadalajara for patients managing prescriptions: answer calls, emails, and texts; review orders and insurance coverage; coordinate with pharmacies and internal teams; troubleshoot delivery and refill issues; guide patients through the platform; and handle difficult conversations with empathy.
