The role involves providing customer support via various channels, handling complaints, and maintaining customer interaction records while using CRM systems.

The Junior People Partner will support the employee lifecycle, maintain HR documentation, assist with HR processes, provide first-level support, and contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Answer patient calls, schedule appointments across locations, triage and respond to questions, enter patient demographics into EHR, assist with referrals, and provide excellent patient service.
