Analyze subscription customer behavior, lifecycle metrics, retention, churn, and growth opportunities. Define KPIs, support A/B testing and causal analysis, improve tracking and data quality, build BI dashboards, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders. The role also establishes analytics best practices and supports product strategy through complex SQL, experimentation, data modeling, and reporting.

Build and operate scalable, secure, highly available GCP data infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud data services. Design CI/CD pipelines, networking, monitoring, observability, and security controls; troubleshoot production issues; improve operational standards; and support GCP migration initiatives. Collaborate with application and data engineering teams on cost-efficient, reliable platform solutions.

Provide L2 technical support for CyberArk Privilege Cloud (PCloud), troubleshoot Vault, Web Portal, Password and Session Manager components, analyze logs and packets, manage privileged credentials across Windows/Linux/databases, advise on vaulting best practices, and coordinate with engineering/global support for SaaS PAM patches.
