Teams at Helpware

Provides Tier 2 technical support for CyberArk Privilege Cloud, troubleshooting PAM components, logs, integrations, connectivity, session recording, and privileged credential management. Advises enterprise IT teams on secure vaulting and access workflows, collaborates on SaaS PAM patches, and supports Windows, Linux, Unix, database, networking, and cloud-to-on-premises environments.

Provide hands-on technical support for a SaaS platform by troubleshooting client issues involving integrations, APIs, data feeds, and applications. Analyze data, perform testing and quality assurance, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams, and maintain technical documentation. The role requires strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and at least two years of technical support or application support experience. No phone support is required.

Provides technical customer support through email and chat, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across multiple systems. The role requires strong English communication, customer-service ownership, independent time management, technical research skills, and the ability to explain solutions clearly. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Office 365 and Excel knowledge, experience with Zendesk, ServiceDesk, or Freshdesk, 40 WPM typing speed, and familiarity with print-on-demand or SaaS products.
