Perform outbound cold calls using Genesys and multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads. Research accounts via LinkedIn, Apollo, and ZoomInfo, qualify prospects, book discovery meetings for Account Executives, maintain HubSpot CRM records, meet activity and meeting KPIs, and collaborate with Sales Enablement, RevOps, and Marketing to improve outreach.

Provide chat- and email-based customer support for website users: respond to inquiries, handle complaints, log interactions in CRM, follow procedures, and escalate or follow up to ensure resolution.

Provide first-level technical support via ticketing, chat, email, and phone. Troubleshoot basic-to-intermediate software, hardware, account, and connectivity issues, document cases, meet SLAs, and escalate complex problems to higher-level teams.
