Reconcile Medicare Services Platform data against CMS/SSA/client files, correct discrepancies, process manual CMS transactions, prepare audit and retroactive request packages, ensure HIPAA and CMS guidance compliance, conduct member outreach, and produce management reports.

Resolve enrollment, billing, and reconciliation discrepancies for Medicare members. Process enrollment/disenrollment, LEP attestations, OHI verification, retro packets; post and investigate payments, process ACH/credit setups and refunds, perform monthly reconciliations and CMS submissions, make system corrections, prepare reports, escalate unresolved issues, and maintain CMS and HIPAA compliance.

Maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts payable and credit card reconciliations, support month-end close and audit processes, perform account reconciliations and trend analysis, ensure internal control compliance, assist with financial statement preparation, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced BPO environment.
