Troubleshoot Navan travel and Ramp expense issues, including booking changes, submissions, receipts, card declines, reimbursements, and policy questions. Escalate bugs and exceptions, identify documentation gaps, and resolve high-volume tickets promptly and accurately while delivering friendly, service-oriented assistance.

Handles customer order support from authorization through refunds, replacements, returns, and shipment inquiries. Reviews and processes orders, manages payment declines and customer account updates, researches cases in Salesforce and Macola, prepares invoices and credit memos, and responds to inbound calls and emails. The role requires accurate case management, strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and collaboration with sales and internal teams.

Build and ship end-to-end frontend features using React and TypeScript. Translate designs into responsive, accessible interfaces, integrate backend APIs and real-time data, optimize performance and reliability, and help establish maintainable frontend conventions. The role requires strong CSS and layout skills, state management, component architecture, testing, Git workflows, AI tool fluency, self-direction, and clear communication.
