Lead day-to-day clinic operations, performance, staffing, scheduling, budgets, compliance, and service delivery. Develop Clinical Supervisors, Office Managers, BCBAs, and RBTs while partnering with clinical leaders to support quality care and client outcomes. Resolve escalated concerns, strengthen team culture, manage financial performance, and ensure a positive family-centered experience in an onsite clinic environment.

The Clinical Director oversees clinic operations, clinical programming, regulatory compliance, budgeting, financial performance, and team utilization. They supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs, review treatment programs and documentation, address family concerns, lead clinical meetings, and foster a supportive, accountable workplace culture. The role requires a BCBA with at least five years of experience, a relevant master’s degree, state licensure where applicable, and medical billing and EMR experience.

Develop and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare providers to drive client referrals and clinic starts. Use CRM and data to analyze referral trends, manage outreach, represent the organization at events, and collaborate with providers to support families and grow territory.
