Manage IEP processes, state reporting, student records, testing, enrollment, and compliance with ISBE. Coordinate with families, districts, and community partners; supervise and train teachers; serve as LEA representative and State Testing Coordinator; lead special projects and ensure school operational consistency and safety.

Provide person-centered case management and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Coordinate services, lead IDT meetings, monitor health and safety, complete required documentation, train staff, and collaborate with families and community partners to support independence and continuity of care.
