Supports supply chain sourcing, procurement, and warehousing operations by resolving approval and employee setup issues, processing tickets, maintaining item and locator records, managing minimum and maximum inventory settings, creating and receiving purchase orders, configuring internal sources, and improving procurement and inventory catalogs.

Develop and support Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud ERP solutions across finance, manufacturing, and SCM modules. Design integrations, reports, dashboards, extensions, conversions, and RICE components using OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, and PL/SQL. Collaborate with stakeholders, maintain data quality, resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support full lifecycle implementations, testing, documentation, and quarterly cloud releases.

Handles employee relations investigations, ethics hotline matters, performance coaching, corrective actions, conflict resolution, accommodations, and policy compliance. Advises leaders on personnel issues, analyzes employee listening surveys and HR trends, supports unemployment hearings, communicates policy changes, and recommends improvements. Requires strong knowledge of employment laws, conflict resolution, employee engagement, confidentiality, and HR practices, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
