Lead and deliver large-scale software development programs by planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects. Partner with IT, infrastructure, operations, and vendors; manage finances, risks, and stakeholder communications; champion Agile and CI/CD practices, coach teams, and use tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Project to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Provides administrative and customer service support for office operations. Maintains office equipment, monitors supplies, orders inventory, manages packages and mail, supports printing and reception coverage, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and assists with office moves and projects. Requires professional communication, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, basic Microsoft Office skills, equipment experience, a driver’s license, cargo-van driving ability, and the capacity to lift 15–30 pounds.

Develop and deploy ML and deep learning models (NLP-focused) for intelligent document processing. Perform data analysis, preprocessing, feature engineering, build RAG pipelines and MLOps workflows, collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers, and present findings to drive data-driven decisions.
