Leads corporate finance analysis and treasury operations, including financial modeling, liquidity management, financing support, cash forecasting, covenant compliance, banking relationships, reporting, process improvement, and team development. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional finance teams on capital structure, M&A, strategic investments, and capital allocation decisions.

Provides administrative and coordination support to legal teams across regions. Manages legal request intake, tracks deadlines, balances workload distribution, maintains documentation, facilitates reviews and signatures, and ensures adherence to established processes. Acts as a backup to the US administrator and supports expansion of workflows to the Aberdeen office. Requires strong organization, accountability, judgment, prioritization, and confidence managing timelines.

Leads the global talent development and learning strategy, including enterprise learning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, technical training, and capability-building programs. Oversees the Global Training Framework, governance councils, regional training owners, authorized trainers, competency assurance, multilingual learning, and Synthesia adoption. Partners with business and HR leaders to address capability gaps, improve organizational health, support succession and high-potential talent, and align learning initiatives with safety, workforce readiness, and enterprise objectives.
