Lead product-focused AI engineering: identify high-impact opportunities, design and ship production-grade LLM and agentic systems, own full lifecycle (monitoring, testing, cost), and measure commercial impact across pricing, procurement, customer journeys, content/SEO, and demand forecasting. On-site in Rotterdam, work closely with founding team to rapidly iterate and deploy revenue-driving solutions.
