Translate business requirements into scalable automations, build reusable objects and libraries, integrate applications and APIs, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, manage ITIL incidents and changes through ServiceNow, and provide on-call support for critical incidents.

Provide senior technical leadership for a private cloud platform spanning virtualization, containers, Kubernetes, Kafka, and microservices. Define architecture, engineering standards, deployment patterns, security controls, observability, and operational practices. Lead Kubernetes and Kafka platform design, improve developer self-service, guide workload onboarding, and partner with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Cyber Security, and Operations teams. Drive resilient, scalable, secure, and cost-effective platform evolution while coaching teams and reducing operational risk.

Provides functional and technical support for workforce scheduling, time and attendance, reporting, configuration, scripting, integrations, and system interfaces. Troubleshoots incidents and service requests within SLA timelines, performs impact analysis and testing, supports releases and deployments, monitors system performance, and conducts root cause analysis. Collaborates with business stakeholders, vendors, and SAP AMS teams while contributing to automation, documentation, continuous improvement, and knowledge transfer.
