Lead studio traffic and operations to ensure projects move from brief to delivery without bottlenecks. Maintain the job board, run capacity and traffic check-ins, manage resourcing and utilisation, own project management systems, build SOPs and workflows, prepare operational reports, and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve prioritisation conflicts and escalate risks to leadership.

Lead creative vision and execution for corporate communications clients. Partner with strategy and account teams to develop insight-driven campaigns, manage and mentor a 4-6 person creative team, oversee multi-channel creative production, present concepts to clients, allocate resources, and drive business-focused creative solutions including internal communications and employee experience work.

Serve as strategic client partner for corporate communications accounts, develop long-term brand and comms strategies, lead multi-channel campaigns, manage profitability and forecasting, mentor account team, scope projects and budgets, lead pitches, coordinate external partners, monitor campaign metrics and reporting, and proactively grow account revenue and client satisfaction.
