Translate requests into milestone-based delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage backlog, enforce prioritisation frameworks, and balance business value, regulatory risk, and operational impact to ensure sustainable delivery.

Lead and optimize global staffing management: set strategy, manage a distributed team, support associates, maintain client relationships, drive onboarding, resolve conflicts, and improve staffing processes and metrics.
