Lead studio traffic and operations to ensure projects move from brief to delivery without bottlenecks. Maintain the job board, run capacity and traffic check-ins, manage resourcing and utilisation, own project management systems, build SOPs and workflows, prepare operational reports, and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve prioritisation conflicts and escalate risks to leadership.

Lead creative vision and execution for corporate communications clients. Partner with strategy and account teams to develop insight-driven campaigns, manage and mentor a 4-6 person creative team, oversee multi-channel creative production, present concepts to clients, allocate resources, and drive business-focused creative solutions including internal communications and employee experience work.

Manage employee relations casework from investigation to resolution, advise managers on performance, disciplinary and grievance matters, ensure consistent HR policy application and legal compliance, maintain confidential records, and support HR initiatives and stakeholder collaboration.
