Supports the Benelux Legal team with routine commercial contract reviews, compliance and regulatory checks, legal research, database maintenance, and process improvements. Serves as a first point of contact for routine legal questions from business teams and escalates complex matters to legal counsel. The internship provides practical in-house legal experience in a regulated food and e-commerce environment.

Owns global marketing financial controlling, including month-end close, accruals, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and business partnering. The role ensures accurate marketing spend across markets, improves financial processes and controls, supports CFO and board reporting, and translates reporting outputs into financial conclusions. It requires strong spreadsheet, financial analysis, stakeholder communication, and cross-market coordination skills.

Own the site's Quality Management System and ensure compliance with internal standards and food safety regulations. Lead process optimization, internal audits, GMP rounds, and external audit preparation. Partner with production and logistics teams to embed quality practices, manage supplier non-conformities and consumer complaints, and drive continuous improvement across fulfillment operations.
