Seeking a creative Graphic Designer with experience in developing visual concepts for K-Pop related projects, focusing on social media and digital branding.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable including invoicing, payment matching, collections, AR aging, and reconciliations. Maintain QuickBooks Online AR module, support month/quarter-end close, resolve client invoice disputes, collaborate on cash flow reporting, and optionally handle logistics-related AR processes.

Lead daily operations of the hello82 NYC Fan Space, manage and coach a team of 10+, maintain vendor relationships, track inventory and sales, execute visual merchandising and promotions, and coordinate with senior management to meet goals and uphold brand standards.
