The Artist Promotions Associate will assist in executing global K-pop marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and creating video content. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and researching trends in the K-pop industry.

Support Event Operations and Artist Activation by assisting with planning, logistics, timelines, budgets, cross-functional communication, on-site execution, post-event reporting, research on K-pop trends, and campaign ideation to engage global fan communities.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable including invoicing, payment matching, collections, AR aging, and reconciliations. Maintain QuickBooks Online AR module, support month/quarter-end close, resolve client invoice disputes, collaborate on cash flow reporting, and optionally handle logistics-related AR processes.
