Supports the SVP of Film and TV by managing schedules, calls, notes, submission and project logs, material coverage, script changes, production documents, talent lists, status tracking, communications, and expense reports. The role requires film, television, or publishing experience, excellent organization and communication skills, discretion with sensitive materials, and the ability to manage shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
