Sell Subaru vehicles by building customer relationships, explaining vehicle features, pricing, leasing, financing, and protection products, scheduling showroom and test-drive appointments, conducting demonstrations, addressing objections, and following up after purchase. The role requires consultative selling, strong communication, product knowledge, ethical conduct, professional presentation, flexible weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Compensation includes an $18 hourly base plus commission.
