The Procurement Manager will source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, manage purchase orders, vendor records, import documentation, letters of credit, shipment tracking, and delivery expediting. The role ensures timely availability of materials, verifies shipping and receiving documents, identifies cost-saving local sources, maintains procurement records, and manages vendor performance for an FMCG manufacturing business.

Leads development of the healthcare channel across Nigeria, managing pharmacy-chain relationships, wholesale and retail negotiations, category initiatives, revenue targets, team productivity, and growth projects. Produces market forecasts and reports to support client acquisition and business development programs. The role also contributes to marketing activities and requires frequent travel across Nigeria. Compensation is incentive-based on turnover generated in new segments.

Supervises modern trade sales and distribution across an assigned territory, managing customer orders, targets, promotions, activations, receivables, complaints, market intelligence, and reporting. Leads and coaches sales teams and merchandisers, ensures POSM deployment and compliance, evaluates customer performance, and recommends strategies to improve volume, value, and business growth.
