Own strategic customer accounts from implementation through post-go-live, focusing on account health, retention, growth, and customer value. Monitor agent performance, identify risks, coordinate issue resolution with Product and Engineering, manage customer communications, lead check-ins and reviews, create performance reports and ROI models, and identify expansion opportunities. Support launches, renewals, invoicing, and cross-functional customer initiatives.

Build trusted advisor relationships while helping customers adopt additional agents, chatbots, billing, referrals, and locations.

Lead Hello Patient’s sales organization and net-new revenue growth. Build a repeatable SaaS sales motion, define territories and quotas, own forecasting, coach account executives, recruit and develop talent, and personally support strategic enterprise deals and partnerships. The role partners cross-functionally to improve pipeline quality, deal progression, implementation transitions, and sales capacity while establishing a scalable operating cadence for a growing healthcare technology company.
