Identify healthcare decision-makers, qualify inbound leads, conduct discovery conversations, document insights in CRM systems, and hand off qualified prospects to Account Executives. Support go-to-market process improvement by testing messaging, sharing market feedback, and refining qualification strategies.

Owns complex B2B SaaS customer deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion. Responsibilities include project planning, timeline and risk management, cross-functional technical coordination, customer communication, requirements gathering, telephony and workflow configuration, testing, documentation, and process improvement. The role partners with Product, Engineering, QA, Conversational Design, Account Management, and enterprise customer stakeholders to resolve blockers and deliver scalable implementations.

Own multiple complex B2B SaaS customer deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion. Build project plans, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication, and coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and Account Management. Translate customer requirements into technical workstreams, configure telephony and agent workflows, support testing and launches, and guide enterprise stakeholders through technical decisions. Develop repeatable deployment processes, documentation, and scalable operating frameworks.
