Own the full integration lifecycle: design and build production integrations between Mia and EHRs, practice management systems, and data warehouses. Develop data pipelines, APIs, middleware, and reusable modules; lead technical discovery with customers; provide Tier 2/3 support; produce documentation and playbooks; and improve/automate integration processes.

Design, refine, and evaluate AI-driven conversational agents in production to improve containment, task completion, and patient experience. Analyze interaction data, triage live issues, write and iterate prompts, partner with Product/Engineering/QA, and build frameworks, standards, and training to scale conversational quality across customers and deployments.

Design, build, and ship full‑stack features in Next.js/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI; scale backend systems for low‑latency voice/SMS/chat; build secure EHR integrations; own infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, testing, and production reliability while mentoring teammates and collaborating with compliance.
