Owns complex B2B SaaS customer deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion. Responsibilities include project planning, timeline and risk management, cross-functional technical coordination, customer communication, requirements gathering, telephony and workflow configuration, testing, documentation, and process improvement. The role partners with Product, Engineering, QA, Conversational Design, Account Management, and enterprise customer stakeholders to resolve blockers and deliver scalable implementations.

Own multiple complex B2B SaaS customer deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion. Build project plans, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication, and coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and Account Management. Translate customer requirements into technical workstreams, configure telephony and agent workflows, support testing and launches, and guide enterprise stakeholders through technical decisions. Develop repeatable deployment processes, documentation, and scalable operating frameworks.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise healthcare customers—prospect, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close. Build outbound strategies, penetrate multi-location accounts, drive expansion from pilots to enterprise, manage pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot, exceed revenue goals, and partner with product and implementation to shape GTM motion.
