Lead and scale the sales organization, owning revenue growth, forecasting, budgets, team expansion, sales processes, customer retention, product launches, and AI-enabled sales operations. Build repeatable inbound and outbound engines, develop compensation plans, coach sales leaders and representatives, manage Salesforce and Marketo, and partner with product and marketing on pricing, messaging, and roadmap decisions.

Leads design vision across a portfolio of digital products, manages and develops multidisciplinary design teams, establishes scalable design systems, and remains hands-on across research, strategy, prototyping, interaction design, and execution. Partners with product and engineering leadership to shape product strategy, improve user outcomes, and deliver intuitive, accessible experiences at scale.

Leads Hello Innovation’s finance and accounting function, including financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, accounting close, reporting, tax compliance, payroll oversight, controls, systems, and team development. Partners with the CEO on resource allocation and business decisions while building an AI-first, automated finance operation that improves accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
