Implement Dynamics 365 F&O finance modules globally: design functional architecture, coordinate internal IT and external integrators, deliver configuration, integration and documentation, identify and mitigate project risks, communicate progress, and propose process and automation improvements for the Hellmann Finance team.

Lead a Finance Service Delivery team in a shared service center, oversee AP/AR, MDM, intercompany and credit control, drive process improvements, ensure SLA compliance, manage regional credit/insurance reporting, mentor staff, and maintain Power BI productivity dashboards.

Design, develop, configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions; build customizations and integrations; troubleshoot issues; collaborate with stakeholders, participate in testing and deployments, and document results.
