Teams at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics

Provides experienced accounting and finance support for the Benelux organization, including month-end and year-end close, balance-sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, audit and statutory reporting. Investigates complex accounting issues, determines corrective actions, resolves discrepancies, supports financial analysis, and improves accounting processes and controls. Works independently with GBS, local finance teams, and CFO leadership while reviewing automation opportunities.

Supports Benelux accounts receivable operations by improving customer and AR data quality, configuring automated statements and reminders, reconciling accounts, resolving cash-allocation issues, supporting bank reconciliation, and conducting collections. The role also monitors credit limits and payment terms, escalates disputes, and helps standardize and automate AR processes within the GBS organization.

Provides administrative and clerical support for export logistics operations. Coordinates logistics activities, manages essential office tasks, maintains operational accuracy, supports team collaboration, and helps improve processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
