Lead and coach a sales team to achieve departmental targets, optimize sales processes, drive continuous improvement, and foster collaboration. Focus on developing vertical expertise (preferably Healthcare, FMCG, Fashion, Automotive, Industrial) to meet and exceed business objectives.

Supports maritime import and logistics projects by conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports and presentations, documenting activities, collaborating with team members, and assisting with project administration and schedules. The intern will gain practical industry experience while learning relevant logistics tools and software and developing communication, technical, organizational, and self-management skills.

Develop and operate backend microservices for Hellmann’s logistics billing and settlement domain. Design distributed-system architecture, improve observability, troubleshoot performance issues, collaborate with logistics experts, support frontend development, advance internationalization, and promote code quality through reviews, pair programming, and standards. The role involves end-to-end ownership from conception through production operations and offers opportunities to use AI-assisted development tools.
