The role translates clinical and customer needs into product priorities, partnerships, and scalable PGx adoption programs while tracking guidelines, reimbursement, and market developments.

Designs, implements, and owns reliable software systems across patient, laboratory, data, and genomics platforms. Leads projects from scoping through launch, uses AI agents and coding harnesses, improves engineering standards, mentors engineers, addresses technical debt, and collaborates cross-functionally. The role requires cloud-based distributed systems expertise, strong programming skills, infrastructure-as-code familiarity, database knowledge, testing, CI/CD, observability, and independent product-focused execution.
