Build LLM agentic systems, clinical variant interpretation pipelines, genomic representations, and reliable evaluation workflows. Investigate healthcare data quality, present findings, collaborate with bioinformatics and clinical teams, and contribute to scientific publications. The role requires strong Python, statistics, experimentation, cloud GPU, and software engineering practices, plus interest in biology and precision medicine.

Develop and maintain reliable software across laboratory systems and enterprise AI tooling. Responsibilities include building features, fixing bugs, writing tested code, reviewing AI-generated code, integrating APIs and databases, collaborating with product and stakeholders, and learning Helix’s cloud infrastructure and genomics-related domain. Engineers progressively take ownership of projects while working with AI coding agents as part of the standard development workflow.

Manage Helix’s legal operations infrastructure, including request intake, workflows, SOPs, legal technology platforms, metrics, contract reviews, renewals, vendor coordination, outside counsel, IP docketing, and corporate filings. The role partners cross-functionally with legal, finance, procurement, and business leaders to improve processes, administer systems, triage matters, and maintain efficient, organized legal operations.
