Teams at Heliux

Own the end-to-end roadmap and outcomes for Heliux’s Supply Chain OS. Partner with manufacturing and supply chain customers, identify root problems, translate needs into product requirements, prioritize development, sequence releases, communicate launches, and coordinate with other product managers. The role requires supply chain leadership experience in complex hardware operations, systems thinking, familiarity with legacy manufacturing tools, and customer engagement throughout sales, deployment, and post-launch.

Own the Engineering OS product, partnering with engineering and operations customers to identify needs, define product requirements, and deliver product outcomes. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end roadmap, prioritizing development, sequencing releases, authoring release communications, and coordinating with other Product Managers. The role requires hands-on mechanical or electrical engineering experience designing and shipping complex hardware systems, familiarity with legacy engineering tools, systems thinking, and customer-facing capabilities.

The VP of Engineering will set technical strategy, lead the applied AI roadmap, build and scale the engineering organization, architect core and deployment platforms, and personally ship production code. The role requires experience building complex software from zero to one, leading high-performance engineering teams, and delivering enterprise-grade LLM systems. Familiarity with large-scale industrial systems and customers is preferred.
