Teams at Helius

Own the Helius developer platform roadmap across streaming, archival data, RPC infrastructure, APIs, webhooks, and developer tooling. Engage technical customers, define product guarantees, pricing, packaging, and launches, and track adoption, reliability, usage, churn, and revenue. Work closely with engineering and contribute code through prototypes, integrations, and debugging. The role requires strong distributed-systems knowledge, crypto experience, technical customer empathy, excellent written communication, and high autonomy.

The Staff Platform Engineer will design and implement a new observability stack, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of systems for metrics, logs, and tracing.

Own and advance a core Helius backend system supporting Solana infrastructure. Design and release high-performance products, optimize latency and throughput, make architectural decisions, improve observability and incident response, and mentor engineers. The role requires end-to-end ownership of production systems at scale, with close collaboration with founders and engineering leadership. Relevant systems include data streaming, historical APIs, account indexing, and access control infrastructure.
