Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Proxi, targeting Fortune 500 and other complex organizations. Responsibilities include account planning, pipeline generation, executive relationship building, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, procurement navigation, forecasting, and closing. The role partners with founding, product, and delivery teams to structure pilots, support customer handoffs, drive expansion, and build a repeatable enterprise sales motion.

Build and operate Helios’s acquisition and document-processing infrastructure, including web crawlers, connectors, fault-tolerant pipelines, multilingual document and media processing, OCR, extraction, enrichment, provenance, replay, and backfills. Scale secure CPU/GPU inference systems across cloud and restricted environments. Develop real-time multilingual audio intelligence pipelines with transcription, speaker attribution, timestamp alignment, and tone analysis while maintaining reliability, observability, cost efficiency, and data quality.

Leads government capture and business development across federal, defense, state, and local opportunities. Identifies and qualifies pursuits, engages government stakeholders, develops capture strategies, coordinates partners and proposal contributors, manages solicitation responses, and advances opportunities through submission, negotiation, award, and follow-on actions. Maintains pipeline records, compliance matrices, stakeholder maps, deadlines, and executive updates while building repeatable capture processes and infrastructure.
