Build and operate Helios’s acquisition and document-processing infrastructure, including web crawlers, connectors, fault-tolerant pipelines, multilingual document and media processing, OCR, extraction, enrichment, provenance, replay, and backfills. Scale secure CPU/GPU inference systems across cloud and restricted environments. Develop real-time multilingual audio intelligence pipelines with transcription, speaker attribution, timestamp alignment, and tone analysis while maintaining reliability, observability, cost efficiency, and data quality.

Leads government capture and business development across federal, defense, state, and local opportunities. Identifies and qualifies pursuits, engages government stakeholders, develops capture strategies, coordinates partners and proposal contributors, manages solicitation responses, and advances opportunities through submission, negotiation, award, and follow-on actions. Maintains pipeline records, compliance matrices, stakeholder maps, deadlines, and executive updates while building repeatable capture processes and infrastructure.

Chief of Staff will work directly with the founders to translate priorities into execution, manage cross-functional workstreams, strengthen operating systems, and ensure commitments are completed. Responsibilities include customer success coordination, pipeline management, market and policy research, investor and board support, internal communications, hiring coordination, and preparation for external meetings. The role requires strong organization, judgment, discretion, communication, project management, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment.
