Lead technical and management efforts across Navy Information Warfare disciplines. Establish goals and plans, integrate multi-discipline activities, develop doctrine and training, assess readiness and capability gaps, support exercises and wargames, produce briefings and reports, manage staffing and financial aspects, and coordinate with military and government stakeholders while complying with security requirements.

Serve as a senior cryptology and information-warfare subject matter expert supporting Fleet and Navy cryptologic doctrine, tactics, training, readiness assessments, exercises, and operational integration. Develop and validate concepts, training, analytical products, and recommendations to improve capability and readiness. Provide briefings, reports, and POA&Ms; participate in technical working groups, wargames, and senior-leader engagements; and integrate cryptologic capabilities with other Information Warfare disciplines. Must comply with security and government facility requirements.
