Lead development of control philosophy, automation architecture, and instrumentation strategy for fuel cycle systems. Define control system architectures, HMI, alarming, and data requirements; select and manage vendors; produce control narratives, I/O lists, and diagrams; integrate with plant and fusion machine controllers; and lead onsite and remote commissioning to ensure safe, reliable operation.
