Lead and scale a multidisciplinary Plant Control Software team building embedded, supervisory, networking, and data systems that control and observe a fusion power plant. Own delivery across firmware, application, networking, and data layers, coordinate cross-discipline schedules with hardware teams, establish engineering principles and processes, and hire and grow engineers.

Provide unarmed security for Helion's Everett headquarters by patrolling buildings and grounds, monitoring access control and CCTV, enforcing site directives, collaborating with law enforcement, and delivering customer-focused interactions while standing or walking up to 12-hour shifts.

Define and evolve operational systems enabling manufacturing execution across material flow, inventory, logistics, production, and shop floor operations. Translate manufacturing challenges into scalable processes, partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions, establish standards, improve visibility through metrics and dashboards, drive continuous improvement, and mentor engineers to scale operations for production readiness.
