Executes internal and external corporate communications, including weekly newsletters, town halls, executive messaging, speaking engagements, media relations, and major announcements. Manages communications calendars, coordinates cross-functional contributors, develops accurate stories, tracks engagement and media performance, and improves programs using feedback and data. The role requires excellent writing, sound judgment, strong organization, autonomy, and the ability to manage sensitive information and competing deadlines onsite in Everett, Washington.

Design, implement, and optimize rate-based production processes for in-house capacitors. Lead interdisciplinary projects improving manufacturing throughput, including facility layouts, tooling, build cells, equipment, and automation. Develop scalable processes for non-conformance management, process control, safety, and asset maintenance. Analyze labor, cycle-time, and production-loss data to identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and support future mass manufacturing alongside current production operations.
