Energy
Own Helion’s fusion power plant system architecture, top-level requirements, subsystem interfaces, and verification planning. Lead trade studies, design reviews, integration risk mitigation, configuration management, and change control. Develop Interface Control Documents and ensure traceability from plant-level objectives to implemented hardware. Partner across electrical, mechanical, controls, science, software, business, and supplier teams to drive technical consensus and scale systems engineering processes for production power plants.

Partner with Finance, Talent, People Business Partners, and leadership on budgets, equity forecasting, governance, offers, promotions, and employee education. Build scalable programs for technical, corporate, and large hourly manufacturing teams while balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution.
Energy
Own the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, two- and three-way matching, payment execution, vendor record maintenance, reconciliations, exception resolution, and month-end close support. Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Receiving, and business stakeholders to maintain controls, prevent fraud, resolve discrepancies, support audits, test systems, and improve AP processes. The role is onsite in Seattle and may require extended hours or weekends during critical deadlines.
