Administer and govern SharePoint Online to ensure reliability, security, and compliance. Manage site architecture, permissions, document governance, and lifecycle. Troubleshoot SharePoint and OneDrive issues, support Power Automate workflows, create SOPs and training, and collaborate with Application Support, Business Analysts, and Security teams.

Provide application support and administration for Microsoft 365 and business/field applications (ERP, estimating, field tools). Configure M365 services, manage integrations, troubleshoot incidents, liaise with vendors, monitor performance, deliver training and documentation, support releases and improvements, provide after-hours on-call support, and work collaboratively across the Java Group to meet SLAs and ensure application stability and security.

Provide front-office reception, administrative coordination, calendar and meeting management, recordkeeping, correspondence drafting, inventory and office supplies management, and meeting minutes. Support internal and external stakeholders, coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, and maintain organized office facilities while handling confidential information.
