Build and lead the company’s market research and competitive intelligence function. Track competitors, pricing, customer journeys, financial performance, market movements, and social sentiment across European healthcare markets. Conduct ethical OSINT research, evaluate competitor initiatives, manage research requests through Jira, and deliver actionable briefs and recommendations to leadership, marketing, product, category, and business development teams.

Build and maintain responsive landing pages and website sections, translate Figma designs into functional web pages, implement interactive elements and marketing campaigns, and improve website performance and usability. The role requires HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, responsive design experience, visual attention to detail, and collaboration with marketing, design, and technical teams.

Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle performance across retention, repeat purchases, churn, reactivation, and customer lifetime value. Build dashboards, reports, cohorts, and segments; evaluate campaigns and retention initiatives; measure customer experience impacts; support experiments; and translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
