Build and lead the company’s market research and competitive intelligence function. Track competitors, pricing, customer journeys, financial performance, market movements, and social sentiment across European healthcare markets. Conduct ethical OSINT research, evaluate competitor initiatives, manage research requests through Jira, and deliver actionable briefs and recommendations to leadership, marketing, product, category, and business development teams.

Provide English-language customer support through email, phone, WhatsApp, and live chat. Assist with orders, refunds, exchanges, account inquiries, and delivery or payment issues. Perform back-office order verification, data validation, documentation, and system updates. Resolve complaints, escalate complex cases, coordinate with internal teams, report customer insights, and support process improvements.

Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle performance across retention, repeat purchases, churn, reactivation, and customer lifetime value. Build dashboards, reports, cohorts, and segments; evaluate campaigns and retention initiatives; measure customer experience impacts; support experiments; and translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
