Requires accurate work, customer service, Microsoft Office skills, reliable attendance, a valid driver's license, and three years of business-environment experience.

Applies herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, and other chemicals to designated crops. Mixes and calibrates applications, maintains equipment, records treated acreage, follows safety procedures, operates company vehicles, and provides customer service. The role requires outdoor work in varied weather, physical activity, seasonal overtime, and continued education to maintain a pesticide applicator license.
