Builds relationships with agricultural customers, identifies agronomic needs, sells products and solutions, develops new business, demonstrates products, manages sales contracts and records, collects receivables, promotes offerings at events, regulates credit sales, and provides customer service. The role requires driving a company vehicle, territory relocation or residence, outdoor work, and travel up to 25% of the time.

Supports agricultural research and development trials by helping with chemical applications, sample collection, test-plot evaluation, sprayer calibration, irrigation, pest tracking, data entry, reporting, and file maintenance. The intern works with cross-functional teams, completes administrative paperwork, provides internal and external customer service, and performs outdoor physical tasks in varied weather and potentially hazardous agricultural environments.

Manages agricultural branch operations, improving inventory control, invoicing accuracy, freight cost allocation, forecasting, stocking, purchasing, and process efficiency. Provides guidance on storage, capital requests, slow-moving inventory, and management tools while supervising a five- to ten-person team. Coordinates meetings, dispatches trucks and equipment, supports safety compliance, and serves internal and external customers. Requires agricultural operations or branch management experience, leadership ability, a driver’s license, Microsoft Office skills, and travel up to 10%.
