Leads sales strategy, commercial performance, key accounts, distributors, agents, and a team of five across the DACH region for Osprey and Hydro Flask. Owns regional revenue and growth plans, customer partnerships, retailer programs, product launches, brand visibility, sales training, trade shows, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong outdoor retail knowledge, business development, negotiation, analytical, planning, and people-management skills, plus fluency in German and English.

Coordinates product development from design prototypes through buy-ready samples and production. Manages factory and supplier communication, materials, color approvals, specifications, bills of materials, costing coordination, production packets, sample inspections, testing, quality follow-up, and final production changes. The role also supports photography, image preparation, spare-parts lists, and marketing-related product materials. Requires collaboration with designers, factories, suppliers, production teams, and marketing.

The Demand Planner develops and maintains regional, channel, customer, category, and SKU-level forecasts. Responsibilities include analyzing historical sales and demand drivers, building statistical models, supporting inventory and supply planning, monitoring forecasting and inventory KPIs, collaborating cross-functionally, delivering S&OP reporting, improving processes, and managing assigned projects.
