Leads EMEA direct-to-consumer ecommerce performance across three branded websites. Owns revenue, profitability, merchandising, onsite user experience, SEO, platform optimization, testing, content quality, accessibility, and technology enhancements. Manages and develops ecommerce specialists, oversees agencies and development partners, approves site releases, and leads ecommerce workstreams for strategic projects. Partners with trading, content, and technology teams to improve conversion, customer journeys, basket size, and brand experience.

Manage social media communities across multiple platforms, respond to audience interactions, execute organic and paid social content, and support media campaigns. Maintain content calendars, collaborate with creative and marketing teams, monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and recommend optimizations. The role also coordinates with customer service and DTC teams while ensuring communications align with Hydro Flask’s brand voice and marketing goals.
