Serve as strategic finance leader and primary advisor to the GM for Hydro Flask. Own financial performance, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, OneStream submissions, KPI dashboards, margin and working-capital improvement, commercial finance, pricing and trade optimization, POS/market analytics, and talent development across cross-functional teams.

Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards for APAC, support month-end close, analyze variances against budget/forecast, assist budgeting and forecasting, maintain planning templates and models, manage data uploads and reporting, and support ad-hoc financial analysis and process improvements to provide actionable business insights.

Lead DTC eCommerce strategy for Osprey, Hydro Flask and Curlsmith across EMEA. Set vision, drive revenue, manage cross-functional eCommerce team (sales, merchandising, content, media, operations), own SEO and CRM strategies, oversee paid media and tech platform evaluations, optimize customer journey, plan inventory with finance/operations, and track KPIs to grow DTC business share.
