Support new and existing merchants through onboarding, product education, account activation, adoption, and ongoing relationship management. Communicate across email, phone, and video; understand customer needs; conduct targeted outreach; resolve questions; and collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing, Product, and Development to improve customer success processes and outcomes.

Develop full-stack software, APIs, integrations, and extensions connecting payment platforms with accounting and vertical SaaS systems. Build tested, scalable solutions; collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, Data, and Risk teams; lead technical projects; create GitLab CI/CD pipelines; deploy and maintain AWS or GCP infrastructure; investigate production issues; optimize SQL queries; and use BigQuery for data insights.

Build and maintain scalable, reliable payment systems and APIs using PHP, Laravel, and Go. Own settlement, funding, accounting, reconciliation, and reserve workflows while optimizing SQL and high-volume data processing. Develop event-driven services, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, dashboards, and BigQuery insights. Mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and uphold high standards for security, correctness, performance, and reliability.
