Develop and manage responses to RFPs and due diligence questionnaires, maintain the RFP content library, produce marketing collateral and thought leadership, and edit client communications. Coordinate with sales, investment teams, and senior management to meet timelines and improve proposal processes across global business units.

Analyze a 20-30 company portfolio of publicly traded Asia-Pacific real estate firms, build and maintain valuation models, conduct macro and market research, produce research reports, meet company management, and perform field/property inspections to support investment recommendations.

Prepare financial statements, valuations, performance returns, and property operating analyses for real estate portfolios. Generate periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/NCREIF), administer Yardi and NCREIF data, assist audits, prepare budgets and business plans, and support due diligence and client reporting under senior oversight.
