The role requires standing for repetitive work, lifting up to 50 pounds, flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings, and working part time between 14 and 36 hours weekly.

Provides wellness education and customer service to support product purchases and healthy choices. Maintains wellness merchandise, inventory, displays, signage, cleanliness, and product rotation. Orders products, manages shrink and returns, coordinates in-store seminars and customer events, participates in community events, and uses customer engagement software. The role requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings, and travel between store locations and Cleveland for meetings.
