Lead full-cycle recruiting, including client intake meetings, sourcing, candidate pipeline development, interview coordination, stakeholder communication, candidate slate presentation, offer negotiation, and recruiting strategy. Partner with HR Business Partners, support early-career recruiting, maintain ATS data integrity, use Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, and promote employee referrals and employer brand awareness.

Execute full-cycle executive search activities: develop search strategy and position specs, research and map talent, source and interview candidates, prepare assessments and client materials, manage candidate relationships and support client engagement, maintain high-quality documentation and ethics, and assist business development.

Provides administrative and project support to the executive search team, including document preparation, scheduling, travel itineraries, expense and financial tasks, file and database management, candidate verification, client communications, and reception/back-up duties.
