Executes the full executive search lifecycle, including developing search strategies, researching markets, identifying and assessing candidates, managing candidate relationships, preparing client materials, and supporting client relationship management. The role requires managing multiple concurrent searches, maintaining accurate reports and confidential information, collaborating with consultants and stakeholders, and contributing to business development and firm initiatives.

Develop and manage senior client relationships in infrastructure and major projects, identify commercial opportunities, assess complex transformation and project needs, and translate them into interim management mandates. Partner with colleagues to recommend qualified interim managers, manage engagements, expand the client network, maintain CRM documentation, and deliver trusted advisory support with professionalism, discretion, and a strong focus on measurable client outcomes.

Leads end-to-end executive recruiting searches, including search strategy, position specifications, talent-market research, candidate outreach, interviews, assessments, client communication, and offer placement. Manages multiple concurrent searches, maintains high-quality reports and data, develops client and candidate relationships, mentors junior professionals, supports business development, and builds expertise in specific industries or functional areas.
