Manages multiple concurrent searches while maintaining accurate records, confidentiality, quality, and timely deliverables.

Leads administrative coordination for executive search and consulting engagements, managing calendars, travel, documentation, client communications, expenses, invoices, CRM data, candidate verification, and deliverables. The role coordinates multiple projects, maintains confidential information and database accuracy, supports client and candidate relationships, and helps ensure engagement quality and financial performance. It requires strong organization, communication, analytical, software, and multitasking skills, with regular availability at the Tampa office.

Supports the full executive recruiting lifecycle, including industry and candidate research, search strategy, position specifications, candidate outreach, interviews, assessment, relationship management, references, reporting, and client materials. Associates collaborate with Consultants and stakeholders, manage multiple concurrent searches, maintain accurate confidential records, and contribute to business development while developing expertise through training and mentorship.
