Manage a portfolio of mid-market healthcare SaaS accounts, building stakeholder relationships, executing success plans, leading pilots and implementations, conducting QBRs, driving adoption, and identifying renewal and expansion opportunities. Use customer data to assess health, guide change management, mitigate risks, and influence product and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate across sales, implementation, adoption, and renewal teams while supporting customer success associates.

Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare customers through adoption, expansion, renewal, and AI product deployment. Build executive and clinical relationships, identify workflow opportunities, develop ROI-focused business cases, coordinate implementations with Clinical Engineers, monitor account health, forecast renewals, and troubleshoot common product issues. The role is quota-carrying and requires strong commercial judgment, product fluency, technical communication, and the ability to translate customer needs into measurable clinical and operational value.

Provide advanced technical support for an AI-powered healthcare product. Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex customer issues, own escalations through resolution, monitor system health, and collaborate with engineering and product teams. Identify recurring problems, improve support processes and tooling, and help maintain reliability in high-trust clinical environments.
