Generate outbound opportunities through calls, email, social, and product-led signals. Research medical practices, health systems, and executive stakeholders; identify workflow pain points; build territory-based outbound strategies; test messaging and sequencing; book qualified meetings; and provide thorough handoffs to Account Executives.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities for the Canadian sales team. Research healthcare accounts, engage clinicians and decision-makers, conduct conversations and product demonstrations, diagnose operational pain points, and route qualified opportunities across sales and customer teams. Maintain accurate notes and handoffs, develop strong product knowledge, and continuously improve qualification and messaging processes in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment.

Own strategic healthcare customer relationships, quota attainment, account expansion, renewals, and retention. Diagnose clinical and operational workflow challenges, build executive-level business cases, guide customers toward appropriate AI solutions, and partner with Clinical Engineers on technical implementations. Monitor product usage, identify upsell opportunities, forecast expansion pipeline, and drive adoption of Heidi’s AI-powered healthcare workflows.
