Drive sales and provide technical consultative support for Heidelberg's Prinect workflow and digital products. Prospect and develop opportunities, perform product demonstrations, configure pricing and proposals, and coordinate post-sales implementation with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and recurring revenue.

Manage customer accounts and drive equipment and lifecycle sales (consumables, parts, service) in the graphic arts industry for the South region. Use Salesforce and sales analytics to plan, qualify, negotiate, and close deals, collaborate with service, finance, and product teams, and achieve sales, financial, and collection targets while traveling extensively.

Provide day-to-day administrative support across departments: schedule meetings, coordinate travel and events, manage office supplies and vendors, maintain records and databases, handle correspondence and phone calls, welcome visitors, and assist with administrative projects and marketing support to ensure efficient office operations.
