Provides comprehensive HR support and advisory services to employees, managers, and business departments. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, employee development support, HR reporting, absence and reintegration management, temporary labor coordination, works council negotiations, HR projects, and continuous process improvement.

Develop and enhance the global integrated corporate planning system using IBM Planning Analytics TM1/PAW. Implement planning concepts, optimize the existing platform, and develop interfaces connecting TM1 with SAP, Qlik, and Python-based AI solutions using standards such as OData. Provide technical support for complex issues and contribute to finance transformation, forecasting, reporting, and analytics initiatives.

Provides remote and onsite technical support for Gallus label printing equipment. Diagnoses mechanical issues, manages service incidents, coordinates case ownership and handoffs, recommends repairs, identifies parts and labor needs, supports predictive maintenance, documents solutions, guides field technicians, collaborates with vendors, and assists sales with technical expertise. The role focuses on reducing customer downtime, improving service efficiency, and maintaining contract profitability.
