Manages customer and sales master data, processes customer orders, prepares order confirmations and invoices, documents customer complaints, supports customer service and quotation preparation, and monitors and coordinates delivery dates with customers and internal logistics teams.

Performs month-end close, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance and profitability analysis for assigned product and cost areas. Prepares financial and balance sheet reports, explains deviations, recommends corrective actions, supports audits and payment approvals, and partners with operational and commercial leaders to improve performance. Maintains rolling forecasts, reconciles accounts, supports internal controls, and contributes to cross-functional process improvements.

Leads a seven-person purchasing team and manages strategic and operational procurement for materials, tools, equipment, investments, and services. Responsibilities include supplier negotiations, sourcing strategy, cost optimization, supplier development, risk and escalation management under IATF 16949, KPI reporting, material supply assurance, and process and digital procurement improvements. The role collaborates with production, quality, logistics, controlling, and global procurement teams.
