Manage health & safety and function-specific training programs across business lines: design training offer, support local training administrators, handle administration in Workday, manage logistics, budgets and reporting, liaise with stakeholders and external partners, and act as L&D team back-up.

Lead energy market and regulatory monitoring, develop renewable energy and decarbonization projects (PPAs, battery storage, flexibility), support operational energy optimisation with sites and cross-functional teams, and represent the company with stakeholders to drive cost savings and sustainability objectives.

Manage end-to-end procurement for a cement plant: source and select suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms, monitor supplier performance, partner with Production/Maintenance/Engineering to ensure supply continuity, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support procurement improvements across sites.
