Performs abrasive blasting, peening, and aqueous cleaning for aviation component overhaul and repair. Follows repair procedures, travelers, quality standards, and FAA requirements; verifies media and process parameters; inspects equipment; maintains calibration, documentation, PPE, safety, and housekeeping standards; identifies quality or safety concerns; and moves completed parts through production workflow.

Set up, program, and operate conventional and CNC machine shop equipment, including mills, lathes, EDMs, and surface grinders. Produce tools, fixtures, and aviation components to close tolerances using blueprints, engineering drawings, and measuring equipment. Inspect and document machinery, perform minor repairs, resolve machining issues with engineering and production teams, and maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Develops and maintains PMA evaluation packages and Illustrated Parts Catalog documentation by collecting, validating, organizing, and tracking technical information. Coordinates with Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Sales, and Regulatory teams to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, current, and traceable. Manages repositories, supports customer inquiries, ships sample parts, identifies documentation gaps, and handles multiple deadlines independently. Travel of up to 10% may be required.
