Develops, validates, maintains, and optimizes CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers. Determines tooling, workholding, feeds, speeds, sequences, and toolpaths; creates setup documentation; verifies programs; and supports machinists during production. Collaborates with Engineering, Production, and Quality on manufacturability, troubleshooting, corrective actions, quality, and continuous improvement. May set up and operate CNC equipment for program prove-out and production support.

Leads the CNC machining department, supervising personnel, schedules, workflow, quality, equipment, and production performance. Provides technical leadership by developing and troubleshooting CNC programs, operating equipment, reviewing tooling strategies, and supporting manufacturability. Coordinates with Production, Engineering, and Quality to improve efficiency, quality, delivery, and processes. Oversees maintenance, continuous improvement, employee development, and material movement while ensuring safety and operational standards.

Operate molding machines to produce connector components, set pressure and curing controls, inspect samples and finished parts for defects, adjust machine setups, trim excess material, and meet production schedules. Read work orders to determine specifications and material requirements, deliver required quantities for kits, and perform related production duties.
