Defend workers’ compensation claims for employers, insurers, and self-insured clients. Manage caseloads, deadlines, discovery, depositions, motions, legal briefs, mediations, hearings, negotiations, and settlements. Analyze claims, investigate factual and legal issues, review medical records, assess exposure, advise clients, prepare reports, and maintain communication with stakeholders. The role requires strong litigation, legal writing, advocacy, organization, judgment, and client relationship skills.

Manage a complex civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial. Advise clients and insurance professionals, conduct legal research, draft persuasive filings, communicate case developments, collaborate with attorneys, and mentor junior lawyers.
