Lead and grow the ICT discipline across sectors: recruit and staff teams, set ICT standards and QA/QC/BIM practices, mentor staff, oversee project technical quality (serve as DPOR when appropriate), manage administration (timesheets, licensure, budgets), and represent HED externally to advance discipline excellence and firmwide consistency.

Build and operate production-grade AI agent systems and connectors into governed data (Bronze layer). Design multi-agent workflows, enforce data contracts, implement observability, guardrails, cost controls, governance, and durable documentation while collaborating with stakeholders.

Lead Pre K-12 sector strategy and complex architectural projects as Principal-in-Charge, balancing ~50% project chargeability with business development, client relationship building, thought leadership, and mentorship. Drive design excellence, DEI and sustainability integration, and sector growth across regional markets while guiding mid-level staff and representing the firm at industry events.
