Leads HED’s business development and regional growth strategy across Dallas-Fort Worth. Builds relationships with executives, civic leaders, institutions, developers, and elected officials; identifies opportunities; develops strategic accounts and capture plans; guides pursuits, proposals, interviews, and Go/No-Go decisions; monitors market activity and pipeline health; and collaborates with sector, marketing, and pursuit teams to increase revenue and market presence.

Lead multidisciplinary A/E teams on DSA-permitted K–12 projects through all phases. Manage project risk, schedule, budgets, contracts, client relationships, staffing, and quality reviews. Support proposals, marketing, post-construction evaluations, and adherence to HED project process. Serve as senior, client-visible project manager ensuring technical and financial project success.

Coordinates and customizes RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, presentations, and pursuit materials for a designated sector. Partners with marketing, sector, strategy, and development leaders to align content with client needs and brand standards. Maintains proposal templates and proof-point libraries, supports pitch preparation and interview coaching, and coordinates schedules and content contributors. The role requires strong organization, project management, writing, editing, and communication skills in a hybrid architecture, engineering, and construction environment.
