Leads generative exploration across the Northern Cordillera, identifying, evaluating, acquiring, and advancing silver and gold properties. Responsibilities include regional data compilation, geological interpretation, field mapping, sampling, geophysics, drilling, project budgeting, contractor and logistics management, safety leadership, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring geologists. The role requires advancing projects through evidence-based decisions while maintaining data integrity, regulatory compliance, Indigenous and community relationships, and executive-level reporting.

Prepares and analyzes site budgets, forecasts, operating costs, capital plans, and long-range financial plans. Supports month-end and annual closing with journals, accruals, and reports; maintains a sales revenue database; prepares sales and property tax filings; and provides technical accounting support. The role works with departments to identify miscoding, cost overruns, and cost-reduction opportunities, while handling high volumes of accounting data independently and accurately.

Maintains and repairs mill equipment including SAG mills, ball mills, conveyors, pumps, and piping systems. Troubleshoots equipment, performs welding and light fabrication, generates work orders, retrieves parts, and operates heavy equipment. Follows MSHA, safety, environmental, and operating procedures; participates in risk assessments. Requires physical work in loud, hazardous conditions and may involve nights, weekends, and rotating shifts.
