Establish and maintain project cost and schedule baselines, implement earned value management, analyze budgets and commitments, prepare executive performance reports, support stage-gate reviews, develop benchmarking tools, and improve ERP-based project controls processes. The role also trains site teams, evaluates estimates and schedules, tracks contingency and variances, and supports capital budgeting across multiple mining operations.

Provides electrical engineering and asset management support for mine maintenance and operations. Responsibilities include power distribution and instrumentation troubleshooting, load calculations, equipment specification, NEC and safety compliance, electrical design oversight, consultant and contractor management, project procurement, construction and commissioning oversight, E-TAP model management, drawing updates, SOP development, and reliability improvement initiatives.

Leads technical studies across operating mines, growth projects, and joint ventures, including trade-off studies, feasibility evaluations, due diligence, regulatory reports, permitting support, and economic modeling. Defines study objectives, coordinates multidisciplinary internal and external teams, manages consultants, oversees quality and governance, and presents recommendations to executives, the Board, and joint venture committees. Ensures studies support sound decisions, regulatory disclosure, project handover, safety, and subsequent action.

Supports corporate accounting and financial reporting through journal entries, account reconciliations, monthly close, consolidation, SEC filings, internal controls, audits, budgeting, tax and treasury activities. Maintains intercompany accounts, payroll data, ERP reports, and accounting systems while assisting with business combinations and divestitures. Requires accurate, timely work, collaboration with operations and IT, and knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting.

Plans and schedules electrical and process controls maintenance, shutdowns, outages, labor, materials, and contractors. Administers the IFS CMMS, manages work orders and backlog, produces maintenance reports, supports preventive and predictive maintenance, facilitates root cause analysis, coordinates inventory and procurement, assists with budgeting, and ensures safe, environmentally compliant execution under MSHA and company standards.

Administers enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations, including routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, remote access, and hybrid cloud connectivity. Establishes network standards, documentation, maintenance cycles, configuration baselines, and ITIL-aligned processes. Monitors and remediates network issues, manages hardware lifecycles, supports mine-site OT networks, partners with cybersecurity and systems teams, enables service desk resolution, and participates in maintenance windows and occasional site travel.

Supervise mine electricians and electrical contractors performing routine and emergency maintenance, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs. Coordinate schedules, materials, manpower, projects, and maintenance priorities across mine and concentrator operations. Ensure MSHA, legal, safety, environmental, quality, reliability, and productivity compliance. Oversee electrical systems including power distribution, motors, transformers, instrumentation, sensors, analyzers, PLCs, communication systems, and related facilities. Manage employee performance, reporting, risk assessments, SOP development, and employee relations.
