HEC Software Inc

HEC Software, doing business as Reading Horizons, develops technology-enabled foundational literacy programs and instructional software for educators and students. Its offerings combine evidence-based reading instruction—including phonemic awareness, phonics, spelling, and decoding—with digital tools for assessment, progress tracking, differentiated practice, and teacher training. The company partners with schools and educators to prevent and remediate reading difficulties and help students achieve reading proficiency, particularly by the end of third grade.
