Lead performance-driven digital marketing across paid and organic channels for HEC Paris Doha. Plan and optimize paid media, improve website/CRO and SEO, manage CMS and Salesforce integration, run analytics and attribution, oversee agencies, and deliver reporting and growth recommendations for recruitment, B2B/B2G, events, and alumni outreach.

Manage the full contract lifecycle: draft, review, negotiate, execute, and monitor commercial contracts. Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies, identify and mitigate contractual risks, support stakeholders in negotiations, maintain contract records and milestones, and contribute to template and workflow improvements.

Lead acquisition, growth, and retention of corporate clients for Executive Education across Qatar and the GCC. Own key accounts and complex sales cycles, drive pipeline and profitability, coordinate with faculty and operations to design bespoke learning solutions, manage renewals/upsell, represent HEC Paris at events, and lead a team to meet commercial targets and improve processes.
