Supports B2C recruitment and enrollment for degree programs by managing leads, coordinating outreach, maintaining CRM data, monitoring lead flows, and producing dashboards and analyses. The role identifies conversion trends, evaluates campaign performance, ensures data governance, coordinates candidate inquiries across teams, supports front-office prospects, and tracks scholarship and grant budgets.

Develop and lead HEC Paris Doha’s national impact strategy in alignment with Qatar Foundation and Qatar National Vision 2030. Build partnerships across government, academia, business, and community organizations; design programs, forums, research dissemination, and engagement initiatives; coordinate stakeholders; strengthen institutional visibility; and establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and impact measurement. The role requires strategic planning, project delivery, stakeholder management, communications, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Manages end-to-end delivery of HEC Paris degree programs across in-person, online, and hybrid formats. Coordinates schedules, faculty, participants, facilities, learning platforms, materials, vendors, academic records, grading, communications, budgets, and quality processes. The role resolves operational issues, manages risks, supports stakeholder relationships, ensures policy compliance, and drives continuous improvement in program execution.
