Lead CFD and low-order aerodynamic analysis, develop performance models and aerodynamic databases for GNC, integrate propulsion and airframe systems, and plan wind tunnel and instrumented flight-test campaigns. Mentor engineers and establish technical standards for analysis quality.

Architects and develops guidance, navigation, and control systems for autonomous precision munitions in GPS-denied environments. Responsibilities include terminal guidance, sensor-fusion navigation filters, 6-DOF simulations, flight-control design, Monte Carlo verification, hardware-in-the-loop testing, flight-test analysis, anomaly investigation, and transition of algorithms to embedded flight software. The role leads GNC subsystem ownership and mentors engineers.

Manage test budgets, timelines, safety, contingency planning, test locations, and customer demonstrations while coordinating with engineering, production, and business development teams.

Designs complex RF circuits and systems for autonomous precision munitions, including prototyping, benchtop bring-up, RF and EMI/EMC testing, field testing, and verification. Integrates RF platforms with cross-functional engineering teams, analyzes results, supports manufacturing transition, develops product plans, and works with customers to improve subsystem performance. The role also requires technical proposal writing and mentoring junior engineers.

Designs and debugs wiring harnesses for autonomous unmanned vehicles, including schematics, connectors, circuit protection, shielding, grounding, and sensor integration. Troubleshoots electrical faults in bench and field environments, performs harness and vehicle acceptance testing, and transitions prototypes into production documentation. Supports manufacturing builds, reviews technician work, and contributes to PCB design using Altium.

Owns end-to-end testing for autonomous undersea systems, including test planning, requirements tracking, equipment design and fabrication, laboratory and open-water testing, maritime logistics, launch and recovery operations, documentation, failure analysis, and corrective actions. Manages test budgets, schedules, safety planning, contingency procedures, support vessels, range coordination, and cross-functional execution for complex maritime defense test campaigns.

Owns mechanical design of autonomous precision munition airframes, mechanisms, payload packaging, thermal systems, and deployment hardware from concept through production. Leads structural analysis, FEA, environmental qualification, design-for-manufacture, and production release using composites, machined metals, and additive processes. Requires extensive defense or aerospace experience, strong CAD and GD&T expertise, and mentorship of mechanical engineers.

Own the electrical architecture of autonomous precision munition flight vehicles, including power systems, complex PCBAs, harnessing, EMI/EMC, RF integration, board bring-up, environmental qualification, flight testing, documentation, and failure analysis. Mentor electrical engineers and lead designs from architecture through production release. The role requires extensive defense or aerospace flight-hardware experience and expertise in Altium, power electronics, mixed-signal or high-speed design, and military qualification standards.
