Owns day-to-day U.S. entity accounting, including full-cycle close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, revenue recognition, cost accounting, inventory valuation, payroll, taxes, audits, and internal controls. The role improves accounting processes, supports U.S. GAAP compliance, prepares audit-ready schedules, and provides budget-to-actual, procurement, and cash forecasting support for a growing manufacturing and defense company.

Supports the President by managing calendars, inboxes, complex travel, meetings, board and investor coordination, leadership operating rhythms, hiring interviews, and special projects. Handles confidential government, board, personnel, and export-controlled information with discretion. This full-time, on-site role requires strong organization, communication, judgment, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Design and analyze mechanical structures, mechanisms, payload packaging, thermal systems, and deployment systems for autonomous precision munitions. Responsibilities span concept through production, including FEA, hand calculations, environmental qualification, design for manufacturing, GD&T drawing release, testing, and collaboration with in-house manufacturing teams. The engineer will work with composites, machined metals, additive processes, avionics, and RF payloads while mentoring other mechanical engineers.

Design, develop, test, and debug firmware for microcontrollers and embedded Linux platforms controlling sensors, actuators, and production hardware. Integrate embedded systems with MES APIs, create validation fixtures, troubleshoot hardware-to-network issues, and document architecture and requirements traceability. Collaborate with hardware, controls, systems, and manufacturing engineers across the product lifecycle.

Develop robotics and embedded software in C++ and Python using ROS and PX4. Integrate sensors, actuators, and communications interfaces; improve control, navigation, and autonomy; troubleshoot hardware and software; and validate systems through simulation, bench testing, and field trials. Collaborate on design, code reviews, documentation, and feature deployment. The role requires robotics, Linux, embedded systems, hardware integration, and collaborative development experience.

Designs and brings up mission-grade PCBAs for navigation, sensing, power, RF, and seeker electronics. Owns schematics, component selection, PCB layout, power architecture, signal integrity, EMI/EMC, sensor integration, board bring-up, and environmental qualification testing. Partners with mechanical, firmware, and embedded software teams, while managing obsolescence, second sourcing, BOMs, and manufacturing relationships.

Designs and debugs wiring harnesses for autonomous unmanned vehicles, including schematics, connectors, circuit protection, shielding, grounding, and sensor integration. Troubleshoots electrical faults in bench and field environments, performs harness and vehicle acceptance testing, and transitions prototypes into production documentation. Supports manufacturing builds, reviews technician work, and contributes to PCB design using Altium.
